NOTICE OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given to all the OFFICE BEARERS and EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS that the Executive Committee Meeting of our Organisation will be held on 25-07-2010 (Sunday) afternoon at PUNE, at 2.00 P.M. Exact address of the venue will be informed shortly.

Our National leaders will be guiding the deliberations and important topics are to be discussed. All the members are requested to attend the meeting without fail.

1) NOBO will be holding their EC meeting at Pune on 25-7-2010 morning. At the same venue, CBOO EC meeting will be held in the afternoon.
2) Lodging arrangements will be made at the venue for those who will stay on 24-7-2010 night & 25-7-2010 night. Inorder to enable the organisers to make necessary arrangements please inform your requirements of stay (24th night or 25th night or both days) immediately by SMS to mobile number 09449042561 of the General secretary.
3) All the members are requested to book their onward/ return journey tickets from their respective places well in advance.
